For the money and hype, it may be 1 star lesser. There are hotels in Pune or Mumbai with better facilities and bigger rooms for lesser price. The room is spacious and has all needed amenities. Their breakfast spead is vast and except a few items like dosa, the rest is really good. Definitely not a place for dosa (lacks authenticity) as you get the best outside for 50 to 100 INR.
