First of all I can't understand what the receptionist are thinking about themselves. No welcome no smile not in a single face and rude behaviour. One of my guest asking for some water for having his medicine but they told like you have to purchase a water bottle from our cafe. The room was reasonably clean and functional, with basic amenities available, though nothing particularly stood out as exceptional. The overall comfort level was adequate for a short stay, but there were minor areas (laundry) that could be improved. Service and responsiveness were acceptable, with staff handling requests in a standard manner without significant delays or standout experiences.

Having the worst possible experience staying at this place, unhygienic rooms with a very friendly rat sharing the room with you, and the staff seems be on a vacation themselves at this place, zero responses to any room service requests, no windows in a lot of rooms with zero scope for ventilation and natural lighting. Would recommend no one to book your stay here.
